of photographs of Jaaps, Hardies, Grahams and others which we will be displaying
shortly. In the meantime, have a look at the photo below. This is the oldest Jaap picture we have, taken around 1872, and shows George Jaap b.1835 and Jean Armour b.1841, surrounded by their family. From left to right, the children are: John b.1868, Elizabeth b.1859 (Jean's daughter by previous partner), George (son of first wife), baby Dick and Walter b.1867. |
